Episiotomy, also known as Perineotomy, is a surgical incision of the perineum and the posterior vaginal wall to enlarge the vaginal orifice during the last part of the second stage of labour or delivery.  It is the most common operation in obstetrics, therefore it is important to learn about all aspects of episiotomy and we aim to achieve the same through this webinar.
