COURSE STRUCTURE:

• Theory Course: Lectures
• Observation: Technique of acquiring and optimizing standard planes of imaging and markers for aneuploidy
• Hands-on training under the supervision of experienced fetal medicine specialists on simulator

• Knowing your equipment: Knobs and switches
• Fetal biometry and ultrasound dating
• Understanding fetal anatomy
• Multiple pregnancy – First trimester
• The concept of screening and biochemical markers
• Ultrasound markers for aneuploidy
