Terms and Conditions

1. All cancellations must be notified in writing (via email) to: Nagamani at nagamani_n@fernandez.foundation
2. Cancellation on or before September 30, 2025: 50% of the paid amount (excluding GST and administrative charges) will be refunded.
3. No refunds or cancellations will be entertained after September 30, 2025, including no-shows.
4. Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 working days following the event.
5. The management reserves the right to make changes without prior notice, and this decision is final
